KOTT is designed to change with light.
Unlike a conventional candle that simply burns down, KOTT is created to burn from the center, allowing its botanical outer form to remain visible as the piece evolves.
As the center slowly burns, the preserved flowers and leaves within the outer wall are gradually illuminated — revealing details that were once hidden.
The burn is not separate from the design. It is part of it.
2.A Different Way to Burn
At the heart of KOTT is our patented center-burn structure.
The flame is intentionally contained within the center of the piece, while the botanical outer wall is designed to remain.
Over time, the contrast becomes more pronounced: a warm glow emerges from within, while flowers and leaves continue to shape the exterior.
3. Designed to Evolve
KOTT is not intended to look exactly the same from beginning to end.
Light changes the object.
The center deepens. The glow becomes softer.
Botanical details appear differently through the remaining wax.
Each stage reveals another expression of the piece.

Our background in floral design shapes the way each KOTT piece is made.
Real flowers and leaves are composed within the wax rather than applied simply as decoration. Their placement, texture, color, and irregularity become part of the object itself.
