Exchange and Refund

* Our Kott is a custom-made product and can only be changed or returned following discussion with us.

* Just like flowers that bloom in different seasons, the color and pattern of the Kott Candle may be different.

* Our Candles contain no preservatives or additives, which may cause discoloration over time.

* In low temperatures frosting and cracking may occur.

* Exchanges and returns are not possible due to frosting, bubbles, cracks or other natural phenomena.

* Due to lemons and Figs, they may turn yellow over time.
