GOOD TO KNOW

  • We’ve designed our candles to melt down into the center to ensure they stay beautiful.

  • Placing your candle under a lamp will allow you to enjoy it longer without lighting the fragrance wick.

  • Extend the life of your candle by adding pieces to a wax warmer and allowing the fragrance to fill your space.

WARNING

Precautions for use

  1. Due to the nature of the pillar candle, melted wax may drip so we recommend using a fireproof stand.
  2. Always cut the wick to less than 0.2 in.
  3. Do not burn where there may be a draft.
  4. Do not place the candle where there is a risk of falling.
  5. Use out of reach of children and pets.
  6. We recommend not burning for more than 2h at a time.
  7. Do not leave a burning candle unattended
  8. Melted wax may cause burns.
  9. Use a wick-dipper to soak the wick in the wax when extinguishing the flame.
  10. Ventilate the area after use.
  11. People with sensitive or damaged skin should be careful not to come into contact with the product for a long period of time.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

  • Our Kott Candle is a custom-made product and can only be changed or returned following discussion with us.
  • Just like flowers that bloom in different seasons, the color and pattern of the Kott Candle may be different.
  • Our Candles contain no preservatives or additives, which may cause discoloration over time.
  • In low temperatures frosting and cracking may occur.
  • Exchanges and returns are not possible due to frosting, bubbles, cracks or other natural phenomena.
  • Due to lemons and Figs, they may turn yellow over time.
